Your account and authorization
You must control the GitHub account you connect and have authority to authorize charges. By submitting an order, you instruct Git Green to create or update a dedicated repository using the dates and times you reviewed. You remain responsible for the resulting repository and can revoke the app's access through GitHub.
Acceptable use
You may use Git Green to document genuine work, study, maintenance, or project history. You may not use it to:
- misrepresent experience, employment, authorship, or work you did not perform;
- access an account without permission or evade GitHub safeguards;
- publish unlawful, abusive, infringing, malicious, or deceptive content;
- overload, probe, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
We may reject, pause, or cancel an order when needed to protect users or providers.
Pricing and payment
The server-calculated total shown before Stripe checkout is authoritative. Promotional codes apply only when accepted by the server. Taxes, if required, may be added by the payment provider. A payment is not proof of fulfillment; current order status is shown in your dashboard after Stripe confirms the charge.
Results and third-party services
GitHub decides which activity appears on a profile. Visibility settings, verified commit email, default-branch rules, account restrictions, and processing delays can affect the contribution graph. Git Green does not guarantee a particular graph, recruiter response, or professional outcome. Your use of GitHub and Stripe remains subject to their terms.
Cancellations, failures, and refunds
Leave Stripe checkout before payment to cancel without charge. If a paid order fails or is materially different from the plan you approved, contact support@example.com with the order ID. We will review the order record and available remedy, including retry, correction, or refund when appropriate or legally required. Published Git history may need to be removed from your GitHub account separately.
Service availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Contact and changes
Questions can be sent through Support. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, when appropriate, an in-product notice. Continuing to use the service after a change means the updated terms apply to new orders.
